Mike Shapiro has a diverse background working professionally in media for more than 30 years. He graduated in summa cum laude in 1977 with a B.A. degree from Adelphi University in New York. He has since lived in South Dakota, Iowa, Miami, Tampa and Fort Myers. Southwest Florida has been his home since 1992. He is a member of the National Association of Wedding Professionals.

Giving back to the community is important to Mike and he is a member of several advisory boards including The School of Nursing at Florida Gulf Coast University, The Nations Association and the PACE Center for Girls. He is also working to help the Bob Rauschenberg Center For Living in Fort Myers raise needed funds.

Photography has always been Mike’s passion. He works hard to achieve superior images that are unique. He has taken photographs of weddings, bar mitzvah’s, families and many events all over Florida. He has photographed weddings as far away as Chicago, New York and Bermuda. It is important to Mike that his clients receive photographs that will please them for a lifetime.
